Ephesians 4:32 •
"And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
A big welcome to our class page. We can't wait to share our learning with you- so make sure you check back regularly to find out what we have been up to.
After a great start exploring Anglo Saxon Britain, we continue our learning in Autumn Term 2 looking at raiders and settlers- our focus being Vikings.
Vikings: Vicious or Victorious?
Do you think Vikings once walked around near Boston?
We will be finding out!
Exploring life during Viking Britain, we will be trying our hand at weaving using a range of different materials, learning some Viking songs and working as Historians to try and find out more about the past.
Our Science learning will be about materials, looking at changes in state, I wonder if we will get to do some cooking?
RE this term focuses on Hinduism and Community, where we will be looking at the symbolism of Puja in the home and the Mandir along with other ways the Hindu community comes together as a community.
PE will continue to be on Monday and Tuesday each week, but please make sure your kit is in school each day as we like to get out and be active as much as we can.
Monday will be swimming, so please remember to bring your kits, the children are making great progress in their lessons and we're really proud of them all.
Our class novel is, The Boy who Grew Dragons by Andy Shepherd-please ask us about it!
